edit: while I'm at it:

Make Petra's bullets recover after each round.
Make Petra's 0 bullet ground 236A like AH2 vanilla where i pops up an opponent.
Give Petras 623A+B back invul
Give Petra better clash frames on 5B and 6B

But leave everything else like AH3, lol.

Am i doing it rite?

This sounds like a great thread, I think elsa is just too weak of a character right now and needs some serious buffs.
I think 4c needs to be jump cancellable, its silly that I need to pay meter to get anything off it.
I think communio shouldn't even have a cooldown like tempered said, then I can use it like akuma air fireballs.
I think 6b should be overhead since elsa has no mixup.
I think that bottle should have faster startup, its hard enough to get people to respect my pressure already.
I think that communio should have more hitstun, I simply don't have enough time to do what I want off it.
I think her critical heart should have a use.

*her 22X series needs to be invincible, and be easy to combo off of.
*Her chain slap super needs to groundbounce so you can combo off it meterlessly.
*Her 5A needs to be 4 frames because right now you just have to block your way out.
*Her 5B needs to be air unblockable it is just not fair that she really has no good air unblockables.

Only things I can think of for Ange is a little bit more block/hitstun on sprinkles, falling faster from 2E, and j.C not being just a mass of hurtboxes.

6C being AUB would be nice but it's pretty useless outside of combos in the first place.

I like where she is at the moment.

This...  maybe increase the range on j6C as well. :P

Lieselotte should be able to put her doll to sleep (A+C) while it is hit.

Elfriede needs to have a smaller hittable box during 421x. It's so dumb to see her flying into Akane's back while surrounded by flaming red ghost teeth shit and then die because she pressed j.A

Doll in box normals (6b, 6c, 3c, 5c, j.c) should not extend their hittable boxes as far, or be unclashable. 6c looks like an amazing anti-air but when it is actually used, it either gets destroyed by anyone with a good jump-in or some cunts like angelia will just clash and fly right through between the first and second hit.

To keep this on topic with trolling: Elfriede should be able to use homing and attack while Lieselotte is being hit.
